HOW IT WORKS
Purchase your tickets to the drawing
- Buy online using a secure link sent by email, text, or social media, or at participating locations. Select from available ticket bundles. ($10, $20, $35, and $50)
- Tickets are generated by the raffle system and assigned a unique entry number from all eligible entries.
- A random verification number is assigned to each ticket for security verification.
- Your ticket is emailed to you, and your active tickets are shown in the Customer Entries menu when you sign in.
Winning tickets are selected by our certified random draw system
- A single ticket will be drawn from the tickets sold that week using our GLI-31 certified random number generator, or during select live drawings using a physical draw method. The selected ticket becomes the WEEKLY PRIZE WINNER. If the Ace of Spades is found, the JACKPOT TOTAL will be paid.
- If the Ace of Spades is not found, the WEEKLY PRIZE WINNER will receive 10% of that week’s ticket sales, and 40% of the weekly sales will be added to the jackpot for the next week’s drawing.
- Every ticket gets an automatic ticket entry into a final drawing held when the Ace is found.
The Rules
- Ticket sales, drawing locations, and times will be posted online at https://dakotajackpots.com/black-hills-ace and the sponsoring nonprofit’s raffle webpage.
- There can only be one person per entry and each entry must include the following:* LEGAL FIRST AND LAST NAME- (Must match a valid state ID)
- Contact phone number where entry numbers will be texted and winner will be contacted.
- Email address where entry numbers will be sent and winner will be contacted.
- Winning numbers will be drawn from the entries purchased for that drawing.
- The total prize pool will be based on ticket sales and will be updated and prominently displayed online.
- Tickets purchased will only be valid for that drawing.
- All winners are responsible or any and all taxes. A 1099 will be issued.
Prize Payout
- The computer selects a random envelope for each ticket.
- New drawing starts each week with the jackpot growing.
- Unclaimed winnings from last weeks pot are rolled over into the next week. if the Ace was not drawn. All previous entries are removed and you must enter the new drawing to have a chance to win.
- Your Final Drawing Ticket #’s are valid until the end of the game. The odds increase each week as the previous weeks card is removed from the deck.
